Volt is a robotic dog raised by Liter who comes from another world (the world of Goddess of Victory: NIKKE) and a minor character in Stellar Blade. Introduced in the crossover DLC Stellar Blade x Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, Volt acts as a merchant who offers NIKKE-based cosmetic items to EVE in exchange for Bone-Wrenches.

Volt is a robotic dog raised by Liter in the world of Goddess of Victory: NIKKE. Prior to becoming stranded in the world of Stellar Blade, Volt had been accompanying Scarlet and had been causing mischief, biting into a package with gifts for Scarlet’s comrades and forcing the Nikke to chase him around. After finally being caught by Scarlet, she and Volt boarded the elevator meant to take them to the outpost Scarlet’s squad was stationed at. However, the elevator malfunctioned and crashed, causing Volt and Scarlet to black out, awakening to find themselves stranded in the Wasteland while mysterious drones then stole the items meant for Scarlet’s squad.
At some point, Volt is discovered by EVE while she is venturing through the Wasteland, and leads her to where Scarlet is located by the elevator that brought them to EVE’s world. Scarlet explains her and Volt’s situation to EVE, who agrees to help her find her lost belongings. Scarlet tells EVE that Volt will offer her items in exchange for her help, as well as helping her to locate the drones that stole her items. After finding all of the missing items, EVE pets Volt before Scarlet tells her it’s time for him and her to return home. With a final bark goodbye, Volt joins Scarlet on the elevator, and the two return to their own world, with Scarlet saying she had a hunch that she and EVE would meet again very soon.

Personality
Volt’s behavior is identical to that of a real dog, being both playful and mischievous, shown when he makes Scarlet chase him around and bites a package that Scarlet’s Commander had put together with gifts for his squad members. Despite this, he is still shown to be well-trained, as he both tracks the drones that stole Scarlet’s belongings and leads EVE to them, and also offers a paw to her when she pets him.
Appearance
Volt is a robotic dog resembling a Doberman or Pharaoh Hound, with a mostly-white body with a yellow head and torso, two long pointed ears that stand straight up, and small rectangular eyes, three-toed paws, and a stubby yellow tail.
